Students at Northwest Elementary School celebrate 100 days of learning

Before winter break, students at Northwest Elementary School in Amityville proudly celebrated the 100th day of school, marking an exciting milestone in their academic year.
Classrooms throughout the building were filled with creativity and school spirit as students commemorated 100 days of learning. Many wore decorative crowns and specially designed shirts to honor the occasion, while others crafted drawings and posters centered around the number 100.
The celebration blended fun with meaningful learning activities, highlighting both students’ academic growth and their enthusiasm for school. Laughter echoed through the halls as classes participated in themed projects and reflected on how much they have accomplished so far this year.
The 100th day of school is a cherished tradition at North Hills Elementary, serving as a reminder of students’ hard work, progress, and dedication during the first half of the school year.
