The Districtwide Emergency Response Plan Draft is now available for review.
The Amityville Union Free School District Districtwide School Safety Plan, developed in accordance with the Project SAVE Law (Safe Schools Against Violence in Education) and Commissioner's Regulation 155.17, has been established to help ensure the safety, health, and security of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The plan was developed with input from district stakeholders and in consultation with local law enforcement and emergency response agencies, as required by New York State law.
In accordance with New York State law, the District is providing a 30-day public comment period for community members to review the proposed plan and submit comments or questions.
