Voter Information
In order to vote, you must be:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- 18 years of age or older
- Been a resident of the school district for at least 30 days prior to the vote
- Been registered to vote in the general elections or have been registered to vote in the school district

You may use this application if you are a qualified voter who resides in the school district that provides for personal registration of voters. You may only apply for an absentee ballot on your own behalf. If you have any questions, please contact Anne-Marie Monahan, District Clerk at (631) 565-6002.

Who May Apply for an Early Mail Ballot
Any registered voter may apply for an early mail ballot. Each person must apply for themselves. It is a felony to make a false statement in an application for an early mail ballot, to attempt to cast an illegal ballot, or to help anyone to cast an illegal ballot.
