Park Avenue Memorial Students Celebrate Red Ribbon Week With Creativity and School Spirit

Students at Park Avenue Memorial Elementary School put their creativity to work while learning about the importance of healthy choices during this year's Red Ribbon Week celebration.
Throughout the week, students participated in themed Spirit Week activities, classroom discussions and art projects centered around the message “Make a Difference. Be a Hero. Stay Drug Free!”
A highlight of the celebration was the school's Red Ribbon Poster Contest, which encouraged students to use their artistic talents to promote healthy, drug-free lifestyles. Students created colorful posters featuring positive messages about making responsible decisions and being a good influence on others.
The school also recognized the third-, fourth- and fifth-grade poster contest winners, celebrating their creativity and the thoughtful messages reflected in their artwork.
Through a combination of classroom learning and creative expression, Red Ribbon Week gave students an opportunity to explore how everyday decisions can contribute to their health, well-being and future success.
Congratulations to the poster contest winners and all the Park Avenue Memorial students who participated in this year's celebration!
