On April 8, the Easter bunny hopped into Northeast Elementary School in Amityville to celebrate with the district’s youngest learners. 

Classes took turns to meet and greet the Easter bunny with a high five and a warm hug. Students also participated in several activities such as an Easter egg hunt and an Easter-themed breakfast. Some of the students also expressed their love for the Easter bunny by wearing rabbit ears and eating tasty Easter eggs.
